Currently, 90-100 is the letter grade "A," 80-89 is a "B," 75-79 is a "C" and 70-74 is a "D." A failing grade is anything below 70.

At most schools, a D is the lowest passing grade. That means students who earn a D or higher receive credit for the course. However, some schools set special policies around D grades. For example, at Lehigh, a D counts as a passing grade but does not meet prerequisite requirements.

You must have at least 16 transferable credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, or 30 transferable credit hours and a cumulative GPA of 2.25 or higher, to meet the assured admission requirements for transfers.
